В последнем случае эти существительные пишутся с заглавной буквы: my aunt моя тетя; Aunt Mary тетя Мэри. (3.) Существительное aunt употребляется только для обозначения степени родства (сестра матери или отца). Русское разговорное обращение "тетя (без имени)" в английском языке не употребляется -
